This is my second stay at this hotel & it's such a great find. I stayed on a work trip & it was 10 mins from where I needed to be & is only a 40 minute drive from Calais. It's super comfortable, really nicely decorated, the staff are super-friendly & very pleasant & as a solo, female traveller, I find it a very safe, comfortable place to stay. I feel very at ease there. The beds are comfy, parking is convenient (€12 per night in secure car park at the back of the hotel) & breakfast is delightful. Dinner is served in the restaurant from 7pm.

I was surprised how good it was,better than Mercure Rouen which I had stayed at the week before.The room was spacious,had a kettle with tea/coffee making facility,a fridge,big bathroom & separate toilet.The car park was good with with a locked gate.The food was very good,again better than in Rouen.

Great location on quiet edge of town. Very good bathroom shower, separate toilet. Great storage, shelves, hanging room, mini fridge, kettle. Small desk, comfortable bed. All good. Didn’t have a meal there, just coffee which was excellent. Friendly staff and a storage room for the bikes.

The staff on reception are outstanding, so helpful, great relationship with guests. A welcome at a Hotel sets the first impression and the reception staff could not have made the check in smoother and were helpful with every question. The Hotel is about 500m from the main bars and restaurants. However the bar at the Hotel is pleasant and again staff helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I can't find enough words to praise it. Rooms spotless.

This hotel met all our needs when travelling by car (parking available). The restaurant in the hotel is good and the facility is very clean and tidy. As a Mercure hotel, the rooms are of a good standard.

The members of staff on the morning we were leaving were genuinely friendly. I was a bit worried from the so-so experience of checking in the night before, and then having to wait to place a room service order while the receptionist had a long chat with a coworker. All that aside, the room was grand and had a little terrace, was decorated to a high standard, and in a good location. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from. During our dining experience, the servers were attentive and friendly; nothing seemed to run out and if an item was running low, it was quickly replaced with a fresh item. The front desk staff in the morning were very kind and patient with my French as I'm learning, and they went above and beyond to assist with requests.

Wonderful hotel exceptionally clean. Bed extra comfortable and staff so kind and helpful. I can't raote breakfast as we did not stay as we left early for the ferry but I can imagine it would have been lovely. We wish we had had an evening meal here as choice in town is limited and we didnt enjoy the meal in town so we're envious of the guests eating when we returned! Fab parking too...gates and secure.

Hotel centrally located but easy to find. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and their English was much better than my French. Rooms were modern, clean and well decorated. There was a huge range of hot and cold food for the breakfast buffet The hotel restaurant was open every day (unlike most of the restaurants in St Omer which close on a Monday). Choice of food on the menu was very good. A midday checkout meant we could have a leisurely start to our journey home.

There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Ihe room was a good size and it was in a quiet location. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The hotel is closed to the railway station and only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and area with shops and restaurants.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We had a very nice dinner and really enjoyed that evening.
